A man who authorities say escaped from the Morgan County Jail last month waived his preliminary hearing Monday.
 

Prosecutor Mark Howdyshell says 19-year-old Christopher Clark's case will now go before a Grand Jury sometime this month.
 

Clark is being held on a $100,000 bond at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
 

Howdyshell says Clark is facing charges stemming from an escape on October 15th when his cell door malfunctioned and he ran out a side door.
 

Clark was apprehended a week later after an arrest sweep in Athens County.
