The road to your Thanksgiving holiday is going to be little more crowded this year. The Triple-A Auto Club says 38-point-4 million Americans will be traveling 50 miles or more away from home during the long holiday weekend. That’s a 1-point-4 percent increase of last year. The number of travelers by air is expected to be down by around 6-point-7 percent. Triple-A says last year travel dropped by just over 25 percent, compared to the year before, in the wake of an ongoing housing and financial crisis.
