Everyone in Ohio may soon be able to get an H1N1 vaccine.

As of December 14th the Ohio Department of Health says they'll lift restrictions and open the H1N1 vaccine to all Ohioans.

For the next week they will still focus exclusively on the high risk groups of health care workers, pregnant women, caretakers of children under six months, six month to 24-year-olds, and people with chronic medical conditions.

As of the 14th those people will still be eligible, as will everyone else in the state.

There are 2.3 million doses of the vaccine available in the state and more is expected each week.

Local health agencies will be able to make their own determination if they want to continue prioritizing the vaccine for at-risk populations.
