The State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the death of a man whose body was found along Interstate 70 in Licking County last week.

Commander of the Granville Post Lt. Lawrence Roseboro says an autopsy of 62-year-old Laurence Shelly of Dublin showed he died of a single gunshot wound to the head.

Shelly's body was found January 18th in a ditch off I-70 near State Route 37. A gun was also found nearby.

Lt. Roseboro says his office is still investigating and that no further details could be released at this time.

He's asking that anyone who may have information on the case to contact the Granville Post at (740) 927-0065.
