The Ohio Department of Transportation will begin work Monday on a project expected to last three months.
ODOT says that US 40 near Hopewell School will be restricted to one lane with temporary traffic signals while crews work to replace two bridge decks.
A width restriction of 12 feet is also in place. The funding for the project comes from the $774 million given to the state through the U.S. Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Weather permitting the route should reopen in June.
