The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol is investigating an early morning accident that happened on Northpointe Drive. Trooper Wes Archer says 44-year-old Jesse Conkey of Strasburg, Ohio was driving his pick-up truck South on Northpointe when  16-year-old Austin Maziar of Dresden who was driving north on the same road, went left of center. Trooper Archer says Conkey swerved to avoid the collision and Maziar then swerved into the northbound lane and a head-on collision occurred. Conkey’s truck rolled over onto its side as a result of the crash. Trooper Archer says the juvenile driver will be cited  for "left of center" when he is released from Grant Medical Center in Columbus. The driver of the truck was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with minor visible injures. A passenger in the truck refused treatment. The accident happened just after 7:00 Monday morning,
