The Ohio House approved a bill by a vote of 86 to 12 that does not allow teens to send electronic nude images of themselves or others through any electronic device.
Punishment for doing so would send sexting offenders to Juvenile Court. Offenders would not face serious child pornography charges nor would they have to register as a sex offender. Those in favor of the bill say that it will make minors think twice before hitting the send button.
The bill now moves on to the Ohio Senate.
