New Hope Church is hosting their eighth-annual Bikerfest weekend. The festival kicks off at seven tonight.

"This is our eighth annual Bikerfest weekend and it's a great weekend where we invite all the local bikers as well as the surrounding states of bikers to come and participate in a wonderful event where they will come and we will feed them for free, we will give them free tshirts, free meal it's a great time for bikers to come together," says Bikers for Christ elder Michael McGuire.

The founder of Bikers for Christ will speak at New Hope Church Saturday night following a biker luncheon at the Salvation Army where bikers will serve the community.

"Our mission is to represent Jesus Christ in a way that maybe some people have never seen or heard the gospel before in a real tangible way just loving people trying to be here for them trying to be open and real," says Fred Zariczny, founder of Bikers for Christ.

The main events will take place on Sunday including an afternoon ride. Registration will be held Sunday morning from 9:00 to 10:30.
