A 17-year-old Warsaw teen is taken by Medflight to a Columbus area hospital after a two car accident Wednesday night.

It happened around 8:15 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 93 and US 36.

The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office says Lorren Foster was going north on State Route 93, ran a red light, and attempted to turn west onto US 36. Deputies say 56-year-old Racy Howard of Springfield was going east on US 36 in a Reiter Dairy Semi Truck and struck Foster.

9-year-old Raquel Foster was in the back seat of the car and was taken to Coshocton Memorial Hospital along with Howard. Lorren was transported to OSU Medical Center. The extent of their injuries are not known at this time.

The incident remains under investigation.
