Five people charged in connection to a meth lab in Zanesville appear in court.
In front of Judge Mark Fleegle, Misti Emmert, Josh Nelson, Elizabeth Barnett, Tania Welch and Gregory Tompkins all pled not guilty.
Emmert faces 11 counts including illegal manufacturing of meth and illegal possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of meth, both with juvenile specifications and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and child endangering.
Nelson, Barnett and Welch were all indicted on multiple charges including complicity to illegal manufacture meth, illegal possession of chemicals for meth and child endangering.
All are being held on $100,000 bonds.
Tompkins is out on a $10,000 bond and was charged with possession of drugs.
All five suspects were arrested May 4, 2011 during a bust on Linn Street.
