Zanesville Police have one man in custody and are searching for another man in connection with two incidents Thursday. Detective Sergeant Ric Roush says it started around 3:30 am at the Putnam Beer Dock. Roush says a suspect broke out the front window of the business and stole lottery tickets, beer and cigarettes. Detective Roush says then around 11:00 am the attendant at the North-end K-Mart Goodwill drop off facility was robbed by a suspect who matched the description of the suspect from the Beer Dock incident. Roush says around 12:30 pm officers located one of the suspects and a foot chase occurred in the Pine Street area where he was captured. Roush says a 36-year-old Zanesville man is in custody – and will be identified once he is formally charged. The search for the other suspect continues. There was one injury – the Goodwill attendant suffered a cut to the head  andwas taken to the hospital treated and released.
