The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office said a Buffalo woman has entered a plea in connection to the January death of a Seneca Lake man.
According to Sheriff Mike McCauley, Sara Willey entered pleas of guilty to complicity to commit murder, complicity to commit aggravated robbery, complicity to commit grand theft, attempted theft of a firearm and complicity to commit having weapons while under disability.
She will be sentenced in Guernsey County Common Pleas Court on Aug. 15.
Willey and co-defendant James Dunikowski were living with Kay at his Seneca Lake Resorts home when Kay was shot to death.
Dunikowski is currently serving life in prison with the possibility of parole in 25 years.
