A teenager will face charges as an adult for his role in a deadly robbery scheme that lured victims using a craigslist job ad. Thursday morning Noble County Juvenile Court Judge John Nau determined during a hearing that prosecutors presented enough evidence to try 16-year-old Brogan Rafferty as an adult. He faces multiple charges including aggravated murder, attempted murder and aggravated robbery.  Judge Nau set bond at one-million dollars.  Rafferty will continue to be held in the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Facility where he has been since his arrest.  A Grand Jury is expected to hear charges against Rafferty soon. Authorities say applicants answering the craigslist ad for a non-existent cattle ranch in Noble County were robbed then killed. A second suspect, 52-year-old Richard Beasley, is jailed in Summit County on unrelated drug and prostitution charges.
