Shoppers swarmed Kmart on Saturday to purchase those last-minute gifts to put under the tree.
Kmart employee Saundra Fisher said it's been tough to keep up with the high demand of hit toys.
"One of them is the Fijit, which is an interactive toy," said Fisher. "Also the Orbeez Foot Spa and the Monster High Dolls. Everybody is crazy about those dolls. The most popular is the LeapFrog TouchPad. No one has it."
Fisher said many of those toys are out of stock, but employees are helping frantic parents pick out backup presents. She said items like board games, LEGOs and Play-Doh never go out of style.
"We just try to give them some suggestions, and by the time they get out of here, they have a gift in that cart," said Fisher.
Kmart is closed on Christmas Day, but shoppers can take advantage of more deals after the holiday.
