Man Sentenced to Five Years for Drugs

A Frazeysburg man arrested in a drug bust learned his sentence Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

31-year-old Jerome "J-Roc" Johnson received five years in prison for trafficking in crack cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Johnson was arrested last August after Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says Johnson sold one ounce of crack cocaine to an undercover officer. When authorities attempted to stop Johnson he led police on a short pursuit.
