More information is being released on a rolling meth lab made in Zanesville this weekend.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz said on Saturday Patrolman Joel Tigner stopped a vehicle on Linden Avenue and Lee Street. Upon approaching the vehicle Tigner said a 2-liter bottle, plastic hosing and starter fluid cans - all items used to produce the drug - were in plain view.

"In this case fictitious tags and failure to use a turn signal, he pulled them over," said Lutz. "Patrolman Tigner, very observant when he walked up to the car, these items give off a very unique odor and so between having the odor and seeing everything inside he was able to basically give him a probable cause to go forward with the investigation."

Lutz said the adults in the vehicle include 30 year-old Atassia Burkett, 27 year-old John Campfield and 25 year-old Stephanie Campfield, all of Zanesville. Also in the vehicle, was the 2-year-old son of the Campfields- who was taken into emergency custody by Children Services.

Lutz said the lab was not active at the time of the stop, it appeared the production had already occurred at an earlier time in the vehicle.

"We believe they had used this earlier and they still had chemicals left over in the car, so it's hard to tell how much time had lapsed of when the lab was actually cooking,"said Lutz.  "The chemicals were all there to have more and start the meth lab back up, which is obviously where the illegal assembly of chemicals comes into place."

All adults were taken into custody and charged with the illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of meth with a juvenile specification and child endangering. Burkett was also charged with the possession of a drug abuse instrument.
