The Center for Seniors held an art show May 21st featuring work by members, most of whom were unaware of their artistic talent.
Volunteers lead the art group once a week through a variety of mediums such as oils, acrylics and water colors. This is the third year for the public art show.
Terry Dunn is the Executive Director for the Center and is very proud of the work they have produced, "Some really great work, some of these people believe it or not have only been painting less than six months."
Each year brings more people out to set eyes on the pieces.
"This is probably twice as large as our first one that we had. Some great works here and I think they're going to leave it up for a few days so if anyone in the community would like to come and see it, we're here every day from eight to four, " added Dunn.
Dunn would like to thank the volunteers for their time donated to the Center and for everything they have brought to the seniors.
