A local celebrity is now the star of an upcoming feature film.
After years of doing stunt work, Bryan Friday got a taste of acting when made a brief apperance as a man attempting to rough house Peter Parker in "The Amazing Spiderman", which hit theater last summer. This spring he will be working on a project with Wendy Mohler from Newark, who's the writer and producer of the film "Seven Nights". Friday will play the lead role as Donavon Chase, a middle aged man who is struggling with his life decisions.
Friday explains, "He is about to lose everything. Well he ends up getting seven nights and seven wishes to change his life. The thing is if you make any wish selfishly, terrible things can happen, just like you hear- be careful what you wish for you may just get it."
The movie will be filmed in the area because the script was written with the story based in Licking County.
Friday said, "The idea is to get as many local people involved as possible, so when it gets closer we will start having information come out on our seven nights facebook page to let people know when we will have open calls as well as the local news and newspapers."
Friday would like viewers to go to the films facebook page and hit "like" to increase interest in the film.
