Ohio gas prices are higher to start the new work week.  The average price for a gallon of regular gas in Ohio is $3.24 in Monday’s survey from Auto Club AAA, The Oil Prices Information Service and Wright Express.  That’s 5 cents higher than a week ago.  Ohio’s prices are still below the national average of $3.30, which is about the same as last week.  The lowest average price in Ohio Monday is $3.16 in the Toledo Area.  Experts says China and the U.S. appear to be on a solid track of economic recovery, which supports oil prices at higher levels.  Prices are also rising because of increased energy consumption in China, which is enduring its coldest winter in nearly three decades.
