There were some tense moments Tuesday at Maysville High School after the discovery of a bomb threat.  The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office was told about the threat at 8:15 this morning.  Maysville School Superintendent Monte Bainer says the bomb threat came in the form of a written note on a bathroom stall.  Sheriff Matt Lutz says the 6-thru-12 school building was evacuated and area fire departments, along with the Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit did a sweep of the building.  Just after 11:00 this morning the school site was cleared by investigators.  The Sheriff’s office is now conducting an investigation to try and find out who wrote the note.  There were no injuries reported.
