Tuesday might have been a little humid and muggy, but it didn't stop people from getting outside and enjoying the sunshine.
"I have about 45 minutes before my next class so I just brought a book with me and decided to sit down and finish it," said Hannah Hewitt, a Nursing major at OUZ.
Hewitt says she's just happy it's finally nice out and says once she gets out of class, she'll spend the rest of her day fishing. James McCabe says feeding the ducks and geese at Putnam Landing is a family tradition and since the weather was nice, he brought his daughter Gracie to keep the tradition going.
"Just bringing her down to let her feed the ducks and feed the geese and have a little fun outside," said McCabe.
McCabe says he's going to enjoy the rest of Tuesday on the playground with his daughter and plans to go four-wheeling later on.
