Salt Fork Arts and Crafts Festival Comes to an End

Sunday was the final day for the Salt Fork Arts and Crafts Festival in Cambridge.

This was the 45th annual Salt Fork Art Festival and according to festival coordinators that makes it the longest running arts and crafts festival in Ohio. The festival hosts more than 90 vendors.

"Not just local, but from all over across the United States, we have vendors from Florida, from California, from New Jersey, New York , Tennessee, all around the United States, " said Festival Treasurer, Christine Dettra.

There were more than 15 musical performers at the event including the Cambridge City Band. There was also a variety of artists that specialized in different crafts from painting, to jewelry and even clothing. Dettra said visitors were pleased with the outcome.

" They've been really excited about the variety and like I said we pride ourselves on the variety, but they've been excited that not only do we offer affordable wears, but a huge variety of things they can use in their home or use to wear," said Dettra.

Along with art, there was more than 12 food vendors throughout the park for people to enjoy while taking breaks from shopping.
