A well-know advocate for senior citizens in Muskingum County died this past Saturday. 88-year-old Peggy Forker was the long time director of the West Main Street Senior Center where she raised money to pay off the mortgage of the center and to complete the re-decorating of the facility. Forker also won the Bob and Delores Hope award in 1985 and the Sertoma Service to Mankind award in 1979. She was also active in many local organizations. No calling hours will be held. Her final resting place will be Zanesville Memorial Park.
