This year, there are a few new changes to hunting regulations in Ohio.

"On the number of tags that you can buy, each county is gonna be different," said Kathy McCann, the owner of Dillon Falls Store. "And then the way you tag your carcass out in the field."

McCann says squirrel season starts September 1. She suggests getting your ammunition early because finding 22's for squirrel hunting has been difficult. She says all hunters should look over the Ohio Hunting and Trapping Regulation book before the season starts.

"You don't want to be in trouble. And just because something was one way last year doesn't mean it's the same way this year. Because there are a lot of changes so you want to be sure and just go over this book. You can call if you have questions."

You can stop by the Dillon Falls Store to pick up a regulation book or go to www.wildohio.org for more information.
