The Zanesville Police Department is still investigating a purse snatching incident that happened this past spring at the Wal-Mart on Maple Avenue.  Captain Tony Coury says a second person has now been indicted in the case.  Coury says 22-year-old Deavon Lemmon of Zanesville is charged with one count of robbery and three counts of theft.  She is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.  Last month Police say 23-year-old Rachael Penrod was sentenced in court to three years of community control for her role in the incident.  Zanesville Police says on May 14th an elderly woman was leaving Wal-Mart when Penrod grabbed her purse and ran from the scene with all of its contents.
