A Zanesville man enters pleas to several charges including robbery.

In Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Monday, 38-year-old Teddie Hunter plead guilty to one count of robbery and a second amended robbery count. Three other charges will be dropped at the time of sentencing.

Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case and continued Hunter's bond.

The charges stem from two robberies in the City of Zanesville. Zanesville Police said on January 24, Hunter robbed the Speedway on Blue Avenue and on January 28 the BP Station at the corner of Maple Avenue and Brandywine Boulevard.

After the robbery on the 28th Hunter fled in a red Sedan and was pursued by the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office. The chase ended when Hunter crashed at Spangler Drive and Dearborn Street.
