The Muskingum County Animal Shelter Society is reopening its doors to their bingo facility
MASS bingo will be holding its first bingo night since their restructuring this Wednesday, March 5th. Doors open at 4:30pm. Games start at 6pm.
"The shelter is a private non-profit and the bingo has been in existence in order to support the shelter for many years," said Jody Murray
Executive Director of the Animal Shelter Society. "All the money that is raised through the bingo stays here locally and comes right back to the shelter to care for the homeless pets and animals that we take care of."
The bingo event will feature 2 magic balls, a chocolate basket raffle, and a new progressive game called "crank it up". Proceeds from the event benefit animal shelter pets.
"We try to keep our fees as low as possible for our adoptions, and the spay neuter clinic that we have, we try to keep all those as low as we can, and that's the reason the bingo is so important to us," said Murray.
The Muskingum County Animal Shelter Society has been providing homes for animals for over 50 years. If you would like to support the shelter society or to find more information on bingo night, you can visit thier website at http://www.animalsheltersociety.org/
