Three Co-Defendants Sentenced in Kimbro Murder

Three co-defendants learned their fate in court Monday in connection to the murder of a Zanesville man.

22-year-old Samantha Drabik and 40-year-old Billie Harris appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for sentencing on an obstructing justice charge in the death of Phillip Kimbro, Jr.
 

Judge Mark Fleegle sentenced both women to 18 months in prison and ordered them to pay $1,700 in restitution.
 

19-year-old Kyle Finck received an 18 month prison term on a tampering with evidence charge.
 

Last week another co-defendant, Shaquille Davis pleaded guilty to charges of murder with a gun specification,tampering with evidence, and abuse of a corpse in the death of Kimbro, whose burning body was found July 25 on County Road 15 in Morgan County.

Davis will also have to pay $1,700 in restitution to Kimbro's family.

Davis is facing a 20 years to life prison sentence.
 

Two other co-defendants in the case,  Marcia Harris and Tiffany Peace, are awaiting sentencing.
