Licking County Prosecutor Kenneth Oswalt says a Newark High School Assistant band director has been indicted on sex related charges.  Oswalt says 32-year-old Anthony Miller of Westerville faces a 13 count indictment that includes 5 counts of sexual battery, 3 counts of sexual imposition, one count of endangering children and one count of attempted sexual battery.  Oswalt says if convicted Miller could face up to 37-and-a-half years in prison.  The Prosecutor says the currently charged offenses involved allegations of inappropriate conduct with three female victims, two whom are now adults and one who is still a minor. The offenses do not include any allegations of force.  Oswalt says all of the alleged conduct occurred while the victims were students at Newark City High School and if any other victims come forward other charges will be pursued.
