There is a new business in downtown Zanesville for music lovers of all ages.

23- year- old business owner, Brady Lewis has officially opened the doors to Downtown Strings after months of planning and preparation. The shop features more than 50 guitars and other string instruments, many of his pieces are his own one of a kind custom designs. Lewis has nearly three years of guitar repairing experience and says he can offer a variety of services clients.

"I can do any kind of guitar repairs, the fret work, electronics, pick up, rewinding, general guitar repair and stuff or just any kind of set up if it's not playing right I can fix that up, " said Lewis.

Along with selling guitars, Lewis is also interested in giving guitar lessons. He says he teaches beginners and more skilled players a like. If customers are interested in creating a guitar from scratch,  Lewis says he will work to make their vision a reality at a reasonable price.

" I have some really good deals on guitars right now and if its not working with budget since I own the store I can try to make something work for you, " said Lewis.

The business is located at 17 N. Sixth Street and has varying hours of operation. Downtown Strings would like to thank the community for their support and he hopes to see you soon. For more information you can contact Lewis by phone.
