The Zanesville Highway Patrol says a couple arguing may have lead to an accident on State Route 60 North Monday morning.  Trooper Samuel Hendricks says 35-year-old Leonard Hastings of Frazeysburg was traveling south on 60 near Fairview Road – at a high rate of speed and arguing with his girlfriend when he lost control of his car.  The trooper says the vehicle went off the right side of the road, grazed a power pole, down an embankment and hit a ditch.  Hastings was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.  The Patrol cited Hastings for operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to control, no seat belt and possession of marijuana. The accident happened around 10 a.m..
