The Muskingum County Business Incubator will host a news conference this Wednesday that will feature a product that will make your kids safer in school.  The Barracuda Intruder Defense System was invented by Muskingum County resident Troy Lowe and is expected to gain national attention since the rash of school shootings across the country.  Lowe – who is a decorated military veteran and currently a fire fighter and Swat team member developed the product for emergency situations.  Lowe says this door security product is simple to use, strong and highly effective in an actual emergency or lockdown situation. He says they can be installed in a mater of seconds to protect occupants against building intruders.  The product is manufactured at the Bilco Company in Zanesville.  The announcement about the product is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Muskingum Business Incubator on Pinkerton Lane.
