WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration is promising to change the way travelers can ask to be removed from its no-fly list of suspected terrorists banned from air travel.

The decision comes after a federal judge's ruling that there was no meaningful way to challenge the designation, a situation deemed unconstitutional. In response, the Justice Department said the U.S. will change the process during the next six months. As of late last summer, about 48,000 people were...

NEW YORK (AP) — The police killings of two unarmed black men came barely three weeks apart, generating immediate and potentially volatile outrage.

But compared with the violent aftermath of Michael Brown's shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, the fallout from the chokehold death of Eric Garner in New York now seems notable for what's been absent: no guns pointed at raging protesters, no billowing tear gas, no lengthy delay in revealing an officer's name, no National Guard...

NEW YORK (AP) — New reality fare remained a big draw on a prime-time landscape jammed otherwise with reruns.

A special edition of ABC's "20/20" focusing on the death of Robin Williams ranked sixth.
