ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — The show is ending for the Showboat Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

The Mardi Gras-themed casino is shutting down at 4 p.m. Sunday after 27 years on the Boardwalk.

LAKE ARIEL, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say an SUV carrying six young people overturned in northeastern Pennsylvania, killing three and injuring the others.

State police did not release the ages of those involved in Saturday morning's crash but said all were juveniles. The crash happened in Paupack Township, Wayne County, about 70 miles north of Philadelphia.

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (AP) — The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says a magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit 43 miles northwest of Fairbanks on Saturday night.

The center says no reports of damage have been received about the earthquake. It adds that the earthquake hit at 7:06 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time and had a depth of 10 miles.

CHINCOTEAGUE, Va. (AP) — Coast Guard crews are searching the waters off the Virginia coast for a single-engine plane that crashed after the pilot lost consciousness.
