Thelma Amanda Loucks, 88, of Zanesville, Ohio passed away at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Thursday, December 09, 2010 with her loving children at her side.
Thelma was born July 16, 1922 in Pittsburgh, Pa. to the late Guy and Myra Thelma Fife White. She was a homemaker, a member of Central Trinity United Methodist Church, and a member of the Eastern Star.
Thelma is survived by her son Bill (Becky) Loucks of Medina, daughter Cathy Loucks of Zanesville, sister-in-law Louise Chevalier of Knoxville, Tn., 4 grandchildren Jodi (Tony) Murphy of Zanesville, Amanda (Chris) Baker of Zanesville, Bryan (Molly) Loucks of Medina and Angela (Gordon) VanBurik of Brunswick and 6 great-grandchildren Matthew and Justin Murphy of Zanesville, Tyler Baker of Zanesville, Kyle and Nathan VanBurik of Brunswick, and Abigail Loucks of Medina.
In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband William Frank Loucks Aug. 13, 2009.
Calling hours will be from 4-6 pm Friday, Dec. 10, 2010 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. Military Rd., Zanesville, Oh. Services will be officiated by Rev. Mark Ballmer at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 11 in the Snouffer Chapel. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
