Mary lived the majority of her life in Zanesville, where all of her five children graduated from Zanesville High School. Mary was active in the Grace United Methodist Church, attending Sunday School and Sunday Church regularly. The church and family were the cornerstone of her life. Mary was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Olive Branch Chapter of the Eastern Star, Author’s Club, and the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
