Those of you pregnant women suffering from morning sickness there may be nothing to ease your symptoms.
A review of research finds no evidence that there are any safe and effective treatments for reducing the vomiting and nausea that occurs in pregnancy.
Most of the studies in the review looked at alternative therapies, like acupuncture. It showed there were no significant differences between women undergoing acupuncture and acupressure and women in a control group.
There was also limited evidence that medications and supplements like ginger and vitamin B-6 helped.
