The Blue Jackets signed 18-year-old Dan Fritsche to a multi-year contract Monday. Terms not disclosed. Columbus selected Fritsche, a center, in the second round of June's Entry Draft. Fritsche played junior hockey in Canada last year. He's a Parma, Ohio native and the first Ohio-born player to be drafted by the Blue Jackets.
