Ohio State gets its leading scorer back at just the right time.
The Buckeyes welcomed back Tony Stockman to practice Monday. Ohio State coach Jim O'Brien left the point guard in Columbus this past weekend when OSU traveled to Iowa. O'Brien citied Stockman's "uninspired play" in practice as the reason. But the OSU head coach said he spoke to Stockman and has every reason to believe the Clemson transfer will play in Ohio State's next game.
Stockman leads the Buckeyes in points-per-game (12.8) and assists-per-game (2.5). Ohio State plays Wisconsin and Purdue this week. Both are ranked in the AP top 25.
