When setting a domination record, go ahead and dominate from the beginning.
That is the formula Sheridan followed Monday, crushing Tri-Valley 65-34 to clinch its third outright and consecutive MVL title.
The Lady Generals celebrated for almost the entire game after shooting out to an 18-2 first quarter lead.
"The third one is the best because you know that you can keep it up another time," said Sheridan senior Amanda Krofft. "Three times in a row is just great."
Jessie Slack led the Lady Generals with 16 points. Darcy Williams contributed 15 points and 10 rebounds as Sheridan shot 55 percent from the floor.
Sheridan has won 32 consecutive league games.
"When you clinch the league, it's the same feeling it was a few years ago," Sheridan coach Doug Fisher said.
Sheridan has two more regular season games before beginning the D-II playoffs.
