Dennis Northcutt wanted to test the free agent market, but he won't get a chance to, and it's by his own fault. The Browns' wideout and kick returner had until February 19th to notify Cleveland of his intentions to void his final three years of his contract. His agent also could've contacted the Browns. However, with the deadline passed, Northcutt is signed on until 2006... in other Browns news, running backWilliam Green is released from prison after serving his 3-day sentence for drunk driving.
