Zanesville Joins ECOL

Its been a long time coming in the minds of some blue devils mind.

Many around zanesville wanted the Blue Devils to join the E.C.O.L. before the S.E.O.A.L. well today it was announced that the Blue Devils will become a memeber of the East Central Ohio League to atone for that mistake.

This was confirmed by league commisoner John Neighbor earlier today. The Devils won't start ecol play until the 2012-2013 academic year.

Once the Devils join the league there will be four teams in two divisions. There will be a black and white division with Zanesville joinning Cambridge, Dover, and New Philadelphia in the black division.

The white division will consist of Claymont, Coshocton, Rivier View, and Meadowbrook. The Blue Devils will be a part of every sport division titles being awarded in football, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball.

One title will be awarded for golf, track, wrestling, tennis, and cross country.
