Earlier today Scott Pottmeyer stepped down as Rosecrans head football coach after a season that saw him guide the Bishops to their second straight playoff appearence. Pottmeyer lead the Bishops to a 14-8 record in his two years at the helm. Pottmeyer also earned the Bishops their first ever home game in the post season, along with the school's first ever back to back playoff berths.

Pottmeyer replaced Don Bush at the beginning of the 2008 season. The Bishops also announced that Pottmeyer will be replaced by former Bishop quarterback and offensive coordinator Scott Moyer.

Moyer lead the Bishops to a playoff appearence while quarterbacking the Bishops.
