Martin Dealt to Houston

It has now become official, the Sacramento Kings have dealt Zanesville native Kevin Martin in a three team deal that involves eight players. Martin will head to the Houston Rockets along with Jordan Hill and Jared Jeffries from the Knicks. The Knicks will get Tracy McGrady from Houston and Sergio Rodriguez from the Kings. Sacramento picks up Carl Landry and Joey Dorsey from Houston and Larry Hughes from New York.

Martin will make his Rockets debut on Saturday night when they host the Indiana Pacers in Houston. Currently the Rockets are picking up three players who will be able to help Houston try and get back into the playoff race, a race they only trail by three games. Kevin is averaging 19.8 pts a game at this point in the season which will be come the highest total on the team.
