Sheridan Boys Capture First Regional Title

The Sheridan Generals captured their inagural regional title at the DII boys' track and field regionals on the campus of Muskingum University.

The Generals brought home the gold in the 4X800, and also got wins from distance runner Matt Bromley in the 1600 and 3200. 

On the girls' side, Natalie Eberts cleared 5-01.00 to capture first place in the high jump for the Lady Generals, just ahead of John Glenn freshman Brooke Fatheree. 

The Sheridan Lady Generals and John Glenn Lady Muskies tied for fourth with 34 points.

The Cambridge Bobcats also performed well on the boys' side, placing third overall. Errik Snell won the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 14.32 and Eric Fox won the pole vault with a jump of 15-09.00.
