Sheridan's Bromley Captures State Title; Green Wave Fall To Rams; Jets Down Hurricanes

OHSAA State Track & Field Championships

Sheridan senior Matt Bromley ended his high school running career on the top of the podium. 

Bromley captured gold in the 3200, winning with a time of 9:32.

Cambridge Bobcat Erik Snell also brought home a state title in the 110 yard hurdles with a time of 14:40.

Three Tri-Valley Scotties turned in top three finishes in field events. On the girls' side, senior Jade Hawkins finished second in the pole vault, while junior Kaylee Antill took home silver in the shot and discuss. On the boys' side, senior Collin Prouty threw 167-6 to grab the bronze medal.
