The watch list for the Lombardi Award--given to the top college lineman or linebacker--was announced today, and two Buckeyes made the cut.

Senior defensive tackle Michael Bennett and sophomore defensive end Joey Bosa joined 121 other players on the list.

Bennett earned second-team all-Big Ten honors for his performance in the 2013 season, finishing his junior year with 42 tackles and 7 sacks.

Bosa is coming off a huge freshman season in which he was named a freshman All-American by The Sporting News and College Football News. Bosa earned honorable mention all-Big Ten honors after finishing with 44 tackles for the Bucks, including 13.5 tackles for a loss.

Both Bennett and Bosa were also named to watch lists for the Bednarik Award and Bronko Nagurski Trophy. Bennett also made the watch list for the Outland Trophy.
