LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska and Adidas have announced that the Cornhuskers will wear all-red uniforms for their game against Illinois on Sept. 27.

The "Red Rising" uniforms unveiled Friday feature black metallic stripes on the jersey and pants, black and silver metallic numbers and a large "N'' on the chest.

VERNON HILLS, Ill. (AP) — Former NBA player Rick Brunson has pleaded not guilty to sexual abuse charges.

The News Sun in Waukegan reports (http://bit.ly/1nb990J ) that the 42-year-old from Vernon Hills entered the plea Thursday in Lake County Circuit Court.

He faces charges of sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, domestic battery and battery in connection with an alleged encounter with an employee at a suburban Chicago fitness center....

LATROBE, Pa. (AP) — The Pittsburgh Steelers have given kicker Shaun Suisham a four-year contract extension that runs through the 2018 season.

The team made the announcement on Friday. He's made 95-of-109 field goals and all 128 extra points for 412 points since 2010.

Suisham established a team record in 2013, connecting on 30-of-32 field goal attempts for a 93.8 percent conversion rate. He ranks first in team history with an 87.2 percent field goal...

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars rookie receiver Allen Robinson will miss extended time with another hamstring injury.

Robinson strained his right hamstring in practice Thursday. It's the same leg that kept him out during organized team activities.
