contacting any Equine Council Member, Equine 4-H Club, Equine 4-H Members or Brenda Flood, Treasurer at (740) 391-2467. Dance tickets and limited dinner tickets will also be sold at the door. Chinese Auction also. All proceeds go towards improving the Guernsey County Equine Program and facilities. Last year the proceeds helped put beautiful new horse stalls in the main horse barn at the fairgrounds!
