This levy request is for a RENEWAL LEVY, which means there will be no increase from the .4 mill levy that has been in effect since 2004. The money generated by this levy will help fund all the FREE services provided by the Muskingum TB and Respiratory Clinic. The Clinic does receive auxiliary support from the Muskingum Respiratory Care Association for services not covered by tax monies.

YOUR support of a .4 mill RENEWAL levy will ensure continuation of these respiratory services at no cost to  Muskingum County residents.

  • Pulmonary function testing
  • Oxygen equipment loan program
  • Asthma Camp for Kids

  • Detection, prevention & treatment of TB

Rambo Memorial Health Center

(Muskingum TB & Respiratory Clinic) has been a respected health care provider for Muskingum County for over 50 years. The TB clinic serves as the official tuberculosis registry for the county, providing free diagnostic screening and treatment for
tuberculosis. Rambo Health Center also offers free programs and services to screen for other lung disorders.

Example: Yearly Costs to Each Homeowner Based on Appraised Property Value If your home is valued at $100,000, the Rambo Levy costs you $12.25/year.

 

The value of ONE chest x-ray or ONE flu immunization far exceeds the cost of supporting the services that are so important in keeping our community free from the debilitating disease of tuberculosis, while helping others with respiratory illnesses breathe a little easier.
